Shipping: You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received. You can not add any items after we have received your order, due to the fact, that the order is already processed. Please go back to the shop and enter a new order. Thank you. We accept any payment, which is offered in the shop. After your payment is confirmed, we try to deliver during the next two weeks.Delivery of handmade products can take up to four weeks until they are ready for delivery, we will inform you by e-mail, if the delay is longer. After the arrival of your payment, we confirm your order and shipment costs. We deliver worldwide with UPS based on terms and conditions of UPS . The shipment costs in the system are based on the minimum order, higher quantities will be offered, but shipment costs will be charged extra. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from unique-glassware.com / SMC Sabine Meyer are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Arrival: Please proof the delivered package before you sign, if boxing, wrapping or anything is destroyed. Returns: Please contact us at contact@unique-glassware.com for return details. Refund you expect will be within four weeks on your account, but we can not guarntee the processing time of the bank. You can return only items you bought in our shop. We do not accept items of any third party or retail store.You will be refunded your original purchase price once we received the item in:
- unused condition, - new condition, - the return is not on delay (within 30 days), - the reason of return is accepted by us and documented by you - - you received your return registration number, after contacting us within 12 hours after receiving your order, if there is no other possibilty - pls. mention on the packing slip and in the orign packaging boxes and security wrapping. Refund costs are on your account. The original box and security packaging must be used for an acceptable refund. Please avoid damage and contamination. Special Notes: We are not liable for acts of God, delays in delivery by suppliers or closed (bankruptcy) of the suppliers.Please keep in mind, if you have any problems with your order please contact us. We can normally fix quickly and easily, the bigger one's usually need a little longer, but get solved.
