Conditions of Use

Scope of Application

1.1These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) shall apply to all deliveries effected and services rendered by SMC, www.unique-glassware.com on the basis of orders placed in the Internet Shop. Supplementary or deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall require SMC’s explicit written and duly signed acknowledgement in order to be valid.

Conclusion of Contract

2.1. All offers of SMC, www.unique-glassware.com shall not be non-binding and are to be understood as an invitation to the customer to submit an offer himself.

SMC, www.unique-glaassware.com shall be entitled to accept only parts of such orders.

2.2 Placing of an order will only be possible if all obligatory fields of the online order form (marked with an asterisk) have been completed. Prior to sending the order the customer will receive a summary of the order included prices. The summary can still be corrected by the customer. Receipt of the order by SMC, www.unique-glaassware.com will be acknowledged by an automatically generated e-mail to the e-mail address adviced by the customer, which shall, however, not be an acceptance of the order. Messages will  be received by SMC, www.unique-glaassware.com within twenty-four hours .

The orders will be responded only during the official business hours, European time 09:00 am to 01:00 pm and 08:00 pm to 10:00 pm, excluding German public holidays. The customer shall be obliged to ensure that proper delivery of the goods ordered will be taken.

2.3 The contract will be concluded upon acceptance of the order by SMC, www. unique-glaassware.com , i.e. by mailing of an acknowledgement of order via e-mail to the e-mail address advised by customer. The acknowledgement of order will contain an order number, which you please mention when corresponding with contact @unique-glassware.com or via mail system in the shop.

3.1.Languages: The contents of contracts, customer service and processing of complaints can be in any language the shop allows.

4.1 Special Notes

Crystal glasses and crystal, bronze, iron sculptures are signed. If it is blown glass and hand-made goods small variations in color and size are wanted and make each glass, each sculpture or any individual making a unique piece.

Limited editions  from the suppliers and / or artists are certified.
